  • Monthly Meditation Class

    Monthly Mid-Day Meditations at Carlisle Bowen Works in Mechanicsburg, PA. Held the 2nd Sunday of each Month at 11 AM.

    I will lead you through a guided Breath Work & Meditation, followed up by an Intuitive Message delivered within the group setting. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, & water bottle. Optional: a crystal, journal, or meditation cushion.
